Creating paintings of happiness since 1975!

Hello, welcome to my studio and website!  I make art for busy, worried moms so they can remember they are deeply loved and don’t have to fear tomorrow.  I believe we are all deeply loved by our Creator, and my art does help busy moms slow down and see that love in the beauty all around them.

Sign up for my priority list/newsletter.  This is the only way you will find my latest work with incentives for first come first served.  And don't forget to respond to the confirmation email you get from me.

Why such a mission statement,  simple, most of my sales have been from young Moms.  I've been so blessed in my art being accepted and being a blessing to others.  As I push through the door of my 7th decade, having 7 children of our own, and now grandchildren, I see the struggles.

The other day, I was thinking about how hard it is to be a mom. You're trying to keep the house running, do a great job at work, and make sure your kids are okay. It’s so easy to lie in bed at night, looking at the ceiling, wondering: 'Am I doing enough?

What if tomorrow is too hard?

I want to tell you something: You are not carrying this alone. You are deeply loved by a Creator who has you in His hands.  And that love is right there in your child's smile and the quiet beauty all around us.

This is who my art is for!

You'll find all my florals, still life and landscape painting with the links above for "shop for art", if you're interested in my full story, click on the "about the artist" link.   And if you're unsure, please read these testimonials, they make my heart sing!

This website also has a really nice new feature!  When you have a look at a piece of art, it will have several options on how to view it.  The normal "zoom" feature so that you can see up close the brushwork, an "in a room" feature that shows the art in an appropriatly sized room with furniture, and finally the new feature "AR".  I call it your Actual Room viewing, my web gurus call it Augmented Reality viewing.  It places the painting you are viewing onto your actual room wall where you are sitting, using your smart phone.  Find more details here on my blog post/past newsletters.

Thank you so much for visiting!

Be on the lookout for my new studio film.
